Why you should purchase the Fruit of The Loom 6535 Polo SS25M for Promotional Clothing?
There are many manufactures of promotional clothing around the world Hanes, Gildan and Steadman to name a few, over the years I've found that Fruit of the Loom offers the best value.
I've been screen printing for many years now but finding a reliable supplier and high spec T-Shirt hasn't been easy. I've used many types of garments, cheap, unbranded and even some of the leading suppliers as mentioned above but I've always returned to Fruit because of the quality achieved when screen printing. My company has grown over the years and where we once specialised in screen printing only we now offer embroidery as a service.
When starting the embroidery service I was worried about sourcing the right type of garment to process as the procedures were alot different to that of screen printing. There was obviously alot more choose as the embroidery process can be applied with many more types of garments, polo shirts, fleeces, work wear, accessories and even t-shirts. The majority of the suppliers produce a wide range and most of them produce polo shirts and t-shirts due to this being the key product within the promotional clothing market. With this in mind I took the same approach to screen printing and applied this to embroidery I started processing Fruit of The Looms polo shirts, as with print I found this to be a very acceptable result.
Fruit of The Loom has a vast range of products and like most things in life they have their small in this case ‘Valueweight' leading to their large in this case ‘Heavy Weight'. There may be different qualities in weight but I believe they all have their advantages and disadvantages, the final choose really comes down to personal preference to the customer and printer/embroiderer. Fruit of The Loom 6535 Polo SS25M is the most basic range but offers so many advantages, firstly cost, after looking on the net I've found a company that can supply and embroider for £4.25. The quality is a major key point and the 6535 is best for price as its light enough to wear but heavy enough to apply screen printed or embroidered logos without deforming the garment too much. Sizing has sometimes been a major problem when sourcing a garment as a small garment isn't always cut correctly and should be a Medium, Fruits sizing is consistent you can guarantee no deformed sizing issues. Colour can sometimes be a problem but fruit has a large colour spectrum to choose from, you can guarantee no stock issues on their top sellers i.e. white polo shirts.
